Acceptance

By requesting an estimate, confirming a package, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Services

We provide healthcare reporting and analytics briefs for private clinic administrators as described on our Reporting and Rates pages. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. We do not provide medical advice, clinical decision support, legal advice, or tax filing services.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate operational extracts on the agreed schedule and ensure files are de-identified. Delays in handoff may shift delivery dates. You remain responsible for decisions made using our briefs.

Intellectual property

Final delivered packs prepared for your clinic become available for your internal administrative use upon full payment. Our templates, methods, and website content remain the property of Nextmatrixcore Co., Ltd. You may not resell our templates or rebrand them for third-party clinics without written consent.

Fees and invoices

Fees follow the confirmed quote. Deposits for project work are due before analyst time is reserved. Monthly packages invoice at cycle start. Late payment may pause further deliveries.

Liability

Briefs are prepared from the data you provide. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete source files, decisions made by clinic management, or third-party system errors. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat clinic operational files as confidential and use them only to prepare the commissioned brief, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
