From the contact form and email: your name, email address, selected reporting package, and message content. During engagements: nominated contact details and de-identified operational aggregates you choose to share. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to respond to requests and prepare estimates. We use engagement files solely to produce the commissioned briefs. Processing is based on your request for steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure professional practice.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement. Working files for a monthly package are retained for the active cycle plus 90 days after the final delivery of that cycle, then deleted unless a written retention agreement states otherwise.
