- Template agreement. Together we lock the chart set, narrative length, and bilingual needs so every month looks familiar.
- Secure handoff. Your nominated contact sends de-identified aggregates by the agreed date through your clinic’s approved channel.
- Draft and review. Analysts prepare the pack; a senior reviewer checks labels and totals; you join a 45-minute call to adjust emphasis.
- Final delivery. Print-ready and screen PDFs arrive before your management meeting, with one revision pass included.
What we ask of clinic teams
One data contact, three months of sample exports, and clarity on whether owners prefer Thai narrative, English, or both. We decline files that contain patient names or clinical notes.
Where Bangkok visits fit
On-site kickoffs and partner rehearsals are available at our Bang Kapi office or at your clinic by appointment. Most monthly cycles run entirely by remote handoff.
