Lock the reporting month two days before the meeting. Late spreadsheet edits create conflicting versions and erode trust in the room.

Write one sentence under each chart that states what changed and what you recommend watching next month. Avoid speculative medical commentary; stay with administrative facts the partners can act on.

Print a spare set. In Bangkok clinics we visit, partners still prefer paper for mark-ups even when the projector works perfectly.
